Ulrich Hommel and Benjamin Stévénin (both XOLAS), together with Martin Böhm (Dean of IE), have published an article in AACSB Insights on how to future-proof a business school. The authors argue that, to operate successfully in a more collaborative framework, business schools will need to rethink their operating models in many ways—from how they engage with students to how they cultivate their partnerships. Even more important, business schools will require a different kind of academic leadership.
